I recently made a society6.com account to sell my prints and other items. Check it out www.society6.com/daniellebourland. Since my computer recently crashed I'm gonna be using this to try to earn money for a replacement. Hope you guys like the stuff!

my DIY nail polish rack for $20
I've had some free time since school hasn't started. I've really been wanting to make my own nail polish rack and thought this would be the perfect time to do it. I've seen some pretty ornate ones online but they also have some pretty hefty price tags. I decided to keep it pretty simple but still have a sturdy rack that can hold about 100 bottles of polish.
What you'll need:
I got 9 pre-cut boards from Lowes that were less than $2 each.
They measure 3/8 x 3 x 24
Wood glue (optional)
Nails
Hammer
Spray paint (optional)
My boyfriend really helped make this whole thing but it seemed quite simple. We started with the three outside pieces and then began filling in the shelves and spaced them about 4 inches apart. Once all the shelves were in place he finished it off with the top piece. I finished it off with a coat of flat black spray paint and it was ready to be hung!
The final price was around $20 and I think for the college life it will work great for me.

First Photo Project!
So I finally started my photography class here at UNT. (thank goodness!) I feel like they make us jump through hoops to make sure its really what we want but anyways our first project was a typology. So here are a few of my shots. I chose infants' headstones.
